1. What is Luganodes?

Luganodes is a Swiss-operated, non-custodial blockchain infrastructure provider known for 99.9% uptime and top validator status on Polygon, Polkadot, Sui, and Tron. We support 45+ PoS networks and lead in security and compliance standards. Luganodes offers a range of services from Staking, Institutional staking and Node as a Service.

2. What is Luganodes NaaS?

Node-as-a-Service is Luganodes’ latest venture, bringing its world-class blockchain infrastructure to retail clients. Nodes will soon be sold to users, as a new way to start blockchain projects. Running these nodes for rewards can be technically challenging and time-consuming. This is where Luganodes comes in, with its node-operation service.

3. What does Luganodes NaaS do?

Luganodes NaaS operates nodes on your behalf. With one click, you can delegate your node license to Luganodes NaaS. We will deploy, set up, run and maintain the node, and ensure high uptimes. You meanwhile, passively accrue rewards.

4. Why should I use Luganodes NaaS to run my nodes?

Setting up and running nodes can be highly technical and time-consuming. By doing the heavy lifting, Luganodes enables users to partake in this investment opportunity, without worrying about technicalities.

5. Who can take advantage of this product? What if I'm not a developer?

Our product is designed to operate on a single-click process. This means that you don’t need to be a developer or technical to use our Node-as-a-Service. Once you own a node, you can simply delegate it to us using a one-click process and earn rewards. Simply connect your wallet and we will do all the rest.

6. How is Luganodes NaaS different from other Node service providers?

With more than $3B in crypto assets under management, Luganodes is highly proficient in managing secure nodes for high-value clients worldwide. We bring this experience and security standard to our NaaS venture as well.

7. What networks does Luganodes NaaS currently support?

We currently support the Aethir network and we will be adding more networks in the coming weeks and months.

8. How much does the service cost?

Luganodes NaaS subscription costs $200 per year per node, or $20 per month per node.

• 3 month – $57 - 5% discount
• 6 month – $108 - 10% discount
• 9 months – $155 - 13.88% discount
• 1 year – $200 - 16.66% discount

9. What payment method can I use to purchase my Node as a Service?

As of now, we only accept payment in stablecoins, including USDT and USDC. If you have any particular request, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your specific needs.

12. Can I upgrade to a premium tier price?

We currently only offer a single price tier. There are no upgrade/downgrade options at the moment.

13. What if I don't like the product? Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refund at the moment. If you have any concerns please reach out to us and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

14. How many nodes can I purchase with a single account?

You can purchase as many nodes as you want.
