Hyperliquid Staking Guide
Hyperliquid has introduced a staking UI for HYPE token staking, currently available on testnet and expected to follow a similar format on mainnet. This guide will help you stake your HYPE tokens with Luganodes, a trusted validator. The platform also allows you to view validator stats such as uptime, commission rate, and predicted APR. Get started with staking your HYPE tokens and contribute to the network while earning rewards.
Click on Connect Wallet.
Select your wallet provider. For HYPE (an ERC20 token), we recommend using Metamask.
Approve the connection request in your wallet.
Click on Spot <-> Staking Balance Transfer.
Enter the amount of HYPE you wish to transfer to your staking balance.
Confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Once the transaction is verified, your selected balance will be moved to the staking section.
Click on Stake Tokens.
Enter the amount of HYPE you want to stake.
Select the validator of your choice, such as Luganodes.
Click on Stake to initiate the staking process.
Confirm the transaction in your wallet.
To unstake, click on Unstake Tokens and follow the prompts.
Note: The staking lock-up period is a minimum of 7 days before you can withdraw your tokens.
