For the Community
Luganodes is excited to announce that our Aptos Blockchain Indexer is now publicly accessible on GitHub.
Aptos is a high-performance, Proof-of-Stake smart contract network built on the Move language. It features modular transaction processing, parallel execution, and frequent upgradeability. As a long-term validator and supporter of the Aptos ecosystem, Luganodes has developed a powerful indexer to make staking and transaction data easily queryable and developer-friendly.
Our indexer connects directly to the Aptos blockchain, processes stake and reward events, and stores structured data in MongoDB. With support for delegator tracking and reward aggregation, it’s ideal for building rich dashboards, analytics tools, or validator services.
We’re open-sourcing this to empower the Aptos community with reliable infrastructure and invite contributions to further improve and optimize the tool.
At Luganodes, we’ve seen firsthand how structured data can dramatically improve user experiences and operational intelligence. Our indexer is versatile and can support multiple roles in the ecosystem:
DApp Developers: Integrate real-time staking data to inform users about rewards, transaction histories, and delegation status in a seamless UX.
Validator Operators: Monitor delegator behavior, track performance trends, and generate reports for clients with detailed epoch-wise breakdowns.
Researchers: Perform longitudinal analysis on staking activity, validator performance, and network-level dynamics with access to structured historical data.
Whether you're building dashboards, wallets, or internal analytics platforms, our indexer provides the building blocks for fast, accurate, and scalable data integration.
Our open-sourced Aptos indexer offers several key advantages:
Comprehensive Data: Tracks stake events, withdrawals, rewards, and one-day aggregates.
Structured Storage: Uses Mongoose schemas for easy access and flexible queries.
CRON-Based Syncing: Regular updates via configurable scheduling.
Docker Support: Run with ease using Docker or Docker Compose.
Parallel Execution: Efficiently processes large volumes of epoch data.
Note: Due to high data volume, it is recommended to prune the database periodically to maintain performance.
Visit the GitHub repo to explore setup instructions, environment configs, and deployment options (pnpm, Docker, Docker Compose).
We believe in building in public. If you have ideas, optimizations, or feature requests, please fork the repo and submit a PR — or open an issue with the enhancement label. And if you find it useful, don’t forget to ⭐ the project!
Luganodes is committed to building open and scalable infrastructure for next-gen Layer 1 ecosystems. By releasing our Aptos indexer, we aim to support developers and operators in building powerful applications and insights on top of Aptos.
Let’s build together — the future of Move-based infrastructure starts here.
