In this guide, we’ll show you how to delegate your $CHZ tokens with Luganodes and start earning rewards in a few simple steps.

Step-by-Step Staking Guide:

*In this guide we’ll be using the Chiliz Staking website to stake $CHZ tokens

Step 1 — Connect your preferred wallet

• Head over to the the Chiliz Staking website

• Click on Connect Wallet

• Select your preferred Wallet which holds your $CHZ tokens (in this example we are using a MetaMak wallet)

• Once inside your wallet, select the account you want to connect with your staking account and click on Next

• To confirm then click on Connect

Step 2— Select your Validator

• Once you have connected your wallet you will be redirected to the Chiliz Staking dashboard

• Search for Luganodes under the list of Validators and click on Delegate

Step 3— Select the amount of tokens you want to stake and confirm the transaction

• Once you’ve clicked on Delegate, enter the amount of $CHZ tokens you wish to delegate in the pop-up box and click on Submit

• You will be redirected to your MetaMask wallet where you can verify your transaction and click on Confirm

• You have now successfully staked your $CHZ tokens and will start earning rewards

Step-by-Step Unstaking Guide:

Please note that Unbonding period on Chiliz chain is 6 hours and your assets won’t be generating any rewards during that time

Step 1 — Head over to the Chiliz Staking website

Step 2— Search for the Validator you wish to unstake from

• On the Chiliz Staking website search for the Validator you wish to unstake from and click on Undelegate

• Enter the amount of tokens you wish to unstake and click on Submit

• After waiting for the specified unbonding period your unstaked $CHZ tokens are ready to be claimed

• Search for the Validator you wish to unstake from and click on Claim
